Job description
• Achieve sales targets set by management.
• Lead and develop a team of Salesmen to achieve Sales Target.
• Evaluate Salesmen performances according to Sales Target.
• Ensure the addition of shops and expansion of market in line with Sales Strategy

Qualification:
• Minimum education D3 / equivalent in all majors.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Sales Supervisor position.
• Target oriented. Proven Track Record to be able to deliver sales growth
• Good negotiation skill & ability to lead a team of people under him/her
• Familiar with the geographic coverage of shops/customers in his/her area
• Have a driving license.
• Must be willing to travel outstation.

Branch Manager (Kepala Cabang)
Job description
• Achieve sales targets set by management
• Oversee and manage the entire operations of the sales branch.
• Develop sales strategy and distribution strategy, and ensure its quick and aggressive implementation.
• Build positive relationship and good communication with all customers.
• Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers, Sales Supervisors and Salesmen to achieve Sales Target.
• Evaluate the entire Branch team according to Sales Target or objectives set by management.
• Responsibility on Operational of Depot, Warehouse, Sales, and Bill Collection.

Qualification:
• Minimum of education are S1 / S2 in all majors.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Head of Branch position.
• English (active both spoken and written).
• Have extensive relationships with current customers and ability to build relationship with new customer.
• Have a proven ability to drive and lead Sales Supervisors and Salesmen to achieve sales targets.
• Target oriented. Proven Track Record to be able to deliver sales growth.
• Good negotiation skill & ability to lead a team of people under him/her.
